Chosen Growth is a Virtual therapy practice and does not offer in-person sessions at this time. Virtual therapy has many benefits, including remaining in the comfort of your own home and increased session flexibility. Not feeling well, no problem!

Talk Therapy
Traditional sit down and talk it out style therapy. Spend time being listened to and really heard as you share your problems and come up with solutions. You will learn mental tools and coping strategies to continue supporting yourself outside of our sessions together.

Art Therapy
Similar to talk therapy with the addition of art and art supplies as an extra form of communication and self-exploration. Art therapy is a gentle way of going deep into emotion and expressing yourself. Creativity and artistic skills are NOT required. Suitable for everyone.

RPG Therapy
RPG therapy is a fun and easy way to make self-discoveries and gently work your way through difficulties. Through the use of a character and game like set up you can work on problems at a comfortable distance and get a third person view on them.
